Become a Member
General Membership
The CCIH General Membership provides members with many benefits. General Membership is a “Closed Group” pay for services membership. General members will be permitted access to information stored in the CCIH repository. General members are authorized to represent, market, distribute and sell CCIH developed training programs within and outside their service area. Membership is open to educational institutions that are building their Lean Healthcare capacity, and to Healthcare organizations.

- Access to core curriculum modules and other training materials posted on the CCIH repository
- Continued enhancement of core modules
- Mentorship/Coaching. Charter members will provide initial mentorship for new members.
- Instructor events and activities
- Discounts on CCIH sponsored seminars and/or conferences
- Discounts on training kits and pre-printed materials
- Annual updates
- Access to future modules
- Curriculum collaboration opportunity
- Access to regularly scheduled CCIH update meetings
- Program support from CCIH Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities of General Membership:
- To establish and maintain the integrity and reputation of the CCIH product line, all sales activities, including selection of instructors and product pricing, should follow the recommendations established by the CCIH.
- General membership instructors will be responsible for attending training events and supporting activities.
- General members will be expected to contribute updated and revised core curriculum modules and activities to the repository for the benefit of other members. How each member may contribute to the “Open Source/Closed Group” Repository will be made clear at an initial membership orientation session.
- Each general member will be responsible for designating a site coordinator that will be responsible for instructor selection, qualification, and development. Site coordinators shall participate in regularly scheduled CCIH meetings and conference calls.
